fav workout:
I love running outdoors on trails and such but in the summer when it’s hot I usually go to the gym and run for 65 minutes on the treadmill. I start at 6 mph and increase it by 0.1 mph every 10 minutes, then sprint the last couple minutes. It really wears me out and I can burn up to 650-700 calories in one run!
If I don’t feel like running I just walk on the treadmill at 4 mph for 30-45 minutes. Walking burns a lot of calories if you do it for a while and I just do it while I’m watching netflix on my phone!
